FAQs

How do I get a quote for my event?

Please submit our inquiry form linked here. Once we receive your information, our event planning team will email you to schedule your tasting.

What do we review during the tasting?

During the tasting, we will go over everything Gomez offers, chat about your big day, and sample our menu options. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our menu offerings, additional services we can provide, and what the booking process consists of. After the tasting, we will send you your custom quote.

Do you provide bar services?

No, Gomez does not offer bar services through our Catering Department at this time. However, many of our venue partners do, please ask a catering team member for more information.

When do you need a final headcount?

We always set up a final details call with our couples about 2 weeks to a month out from your date. At that time we will ask for your final headcount, and gather all the other details we’ll need for the day of the event.

What does the food set up look like?

Both our nacho bar and taco bars are typically set up as a self-serve buffet. However, we are open to discussing custom options for your big day.

How far will you travel for an event?

Typically, we like to stay within a 30-minute drive of our Walnut Hills location. Distances farther than the 30-minute drive time may be assessed additional travel fee(s).
